(Final Result) SSC Grade 'C' Stenographers Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2016

The Staff Selection Commission conducted the Grade ‘C’ Stenographers Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2016 on 03.07.2016 for making additions to the Select list for Grade ‘C’ of the following services/cadres :-

(i) Central Secretariat Stenographers Service Grade ‘C’;
(ii) Stenographers Cadre of Indian Foreign Service (B) Grade-II;
(iii) Armed Forces Headquarters Stenographers Service Grade ‘C’;
(iv) Railway Board Secretariat Stenographers Service Grade ‘C’;
(v) Election Commission of India Stenographers Service Grade ‘C’;
(vi) Central Vigilance Commission Stenographers Service Grade ‘C’;

2. The result of Written Examination and Skill Test in Stenography (Hindi / English) were declared and placed on the Commission’s website on 16.08.2016 & 18.11.2016, respectively.

3. Following are the category-wise details of candidates recommended against the vacancies, received from the user departments, for inclusion in the Select List of Steno Grade ‘C’ of 2016 on the basis of Grade ‘C’ Stenographers Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2016 :-

1.Central Secretariat Stenographers Service Grade ‘C’; (DoPT)

2. Stenographers Cadre of Indian Foreign Service (B) Grade-II;

No candidate qualified for evaluation of APARs.

3. Armed Forces Headquarters Stenographers Service Grade ‘C’ (AFHQ);

4. Railway Board Secretariat Stenographers Service Grade ‘C’ (RBSS);

(*1 SC candidate selected at UR standard)

5. Election Commission of India Stenographers Service Grade ‘C’;

6. Central Vigilance Commission Stenographers Service Grade ‘C’-

4. The above said lists are provisional and subject to their fulfilling all the eligibility conditions prescribed in the Notice of the Examination and also subject to thorough verification of their identity with reference to their photograph, signatures, handwritings, etc. on the Application Forms, Admission Certificates, etc..
