(Cut Off) SSC Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff (MTS) Exam-2019 (Paper-2)
SSC-MTS 2019 Exam (Paper-2) Cut-Off:
Staff Selection Commission conducted Computer Based Examination (Paper-I) for recruitment to the post of Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff Examination, 2019 from 02.08.2019 to 22.08.2019, at different centres across the country. The result of Paper-I of the above Examination was declared on 05.11.2019. An additional result was also declared on 11.11.2019. A total of 1,20,713 candidates were short-listed to appear in Paper-II. The Paper-II Examination was conducted on 26.11.2019 in which 96478 candidates appeared.
2. In consonance with the provisions of the Notice of Examination, candidates for each State/ UT will be finally selected based on their performance in Paper-I + preference of State/ UT exercised by them in the online Application Form, subject to their meeting basic qualifying standards in Paper-II. As per the provision under Para17.5 of the Notice of Examination, the qualifying marks in Paper-II have been fixed as 20 marks i.e. 40% for UR category and 17.5 marks i.e. 35% for all other reserved categories.
3. Vacancies for Multi-Tasking Staff (Non-Technical) Examination 2019 have been received in two age groups i.e. (i) 18 to 25 years and (ii) 18 to 27 years. Therefore, in consonance with Para-17.8 of Notice of the Examination, age groupwise, State/ UT-wise and category-wise cut-offs have been fixed. The candidates who are eligible for both the age-groups have been first considered in the age-group of 18-25 years. Further, as per the provisions contained in Para-16.3 of the Notice of Examination, the candidates have been shortlisted against the vacancies of only those States/ UTs for which they have given their preference in the online Application Form.
4. The candidates have been shortlisted to appear in the Document Verification in the following ‘vacancy: candidates’ ratio (subject to the availability of candidates):

6. Category-wise and State/ UT-wise cut-off details are as follows:
i. Cut-off for vacancies in the age-group of 18-25 years: Annexure-I.
ii. Cut-off for vacancies in the age-group of 18-27 years: Annexure-II.
7. Candidates short-listed against the age-group of 18-27 years will also be considered for selection in the age-group of 18-25 years and vice versa in the final result depending on the age, merit and State/ UT preference of the candidates.
8. Resolution of Tie Cases:-
In cases, where more than one candidate secured equal aggregate marks in Paper-I, tie has been resolved by applying the following methods one after another in the given order:
i. Total marks in Paper-II.
ii. Date of birth i.e. the candidate older in age gets preference.
iii. Alphabetical order of the names.
9. Following 8 candidates are debarred from the examinations of the Commission and therefore their result has not been processed:

10. The Document Verification will be conducted by the Regional Offices of the Commission. The Admission Certificates for Document Verification will be uploaded by the Regional Offices on their respective websites. Candidates are advised to check the same for further information in this regard.
11. The Paper-II scores of the candidates will be made available to the individual candidates on the website of the Commission on 05.11.2020.
