Eligibility Conditions
(a) Age limits: Candidate born not earlier than 2nd August, 1986 and
not later than 1st August, 1991 only are eligible to apply/appear. (Upper age
limit relaxable
for SCs/STs. OBCs and certain other categories as specified in Para 3(III) of
Notice).
(b) Sex: Both Male and Female candidates are eligible for CRPF, CISF and
SSB. Only Male candidates are eligible for BSF and ITBP.
(c) Educational Qualifications: A candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree
of a University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in
India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or
declared to be deemed as a University under Section-3 of the University Grant
CommissionAct, 1956 or possess an equivalent qualification. [Para 3(IV) of
Notice].
(d) Fee: Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) for candidates of Specified
Remote Areas applying Offline. No fee for Female/SCs/STs only. (Ref. Para 4 of
Notice).
