Upper Division Grade Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2011

Staff Selection Commission conducted U.D.Grade Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2009 on 20.11.2011 for making additions to the Select List of the Upper Division Grade of the Central Secretariat Clerical Service (CSCS), Railway Board Secretariat Clerical Services (RBSCS), Department of Tourism (Headquarters’ Estt.), Armed Forces Headquarters Clerical Services (AFHQ), Central Vigilance Commission Clerical Service (C.V.C.), Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs Clerical Service and Election Commission of India Clerical Service.

100 candidates appeared in the aforesaid examination for Paper–I. After applying cut-off in Paper –I, 67 candidates qualifying for the evaluation of Paper-II. On the basis of cut-off in Paper-II, 53 candidates (CSCS-42, AFHQ-3, ECI-7 and Tourism-1) were found eligible for evaluation of ACRs.

On the basis of the Written Test and ACRs, following 05 candidates are recommended against the vacancies received from the user departments for inclusion in the Select List UDC Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2011, the category – wise details of which are given as under:

Result for CSCS Cadre will be declared later on receipt of vacancies from DOP&T

Criteria for tie-breaking:-

  • Total marks in written examination.
  • Marks in Second Paper of the written examination.
  • Marks in First Paper of the written examination.
  • Date of birth i.e. the candidate older in age gets preference.
  • Alphabetical order of the first names of candidates.

The above said lists are provisional and subject to the recommended candidates fulfilling all the eligibility conditions prescribed in the ‘Notice’ of Examination and also subject to thorough verifications of their identity with reference to their photographs, signatures etc. on the Application Forms, Admission Certificates etc.
