The School education department of the Government of Haryana is conducting a 5 day Teachers’ Training Programme for inservice JBTs/Masters/Lecturers in various subjects including Mathematics, Hindi, English and CCE. We are looking for Trainers with strong subject background to act as coordinators to facilitate the trainings. Over the next 2 months, these trainers have to train the government school teachers in transacting the base learning objectives (LOs) of English, Hindi and Mathematics. Also trainers will be required for providing basic understanding of CCE based assessment.

Trainer’s Profile

Personality:

• Should be confident and having a strong presence.

• Ability to engage a large group.

• Under 40 years and energetic.

• Should have a resonant voice.

• Extremely confident speaker in Hindi.

• Preferably having some background in theatre.

• Polite and encouraging attitude towards trainees.

Education:

• Minimum qualification is post graduation.

• Degree should be in one of the areas namely; Languages, Sciences,Mathematics or Education.

Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.

• Good communication skills.

Experience

• Prior experience in training desirable, but not mandatory.

General

• Should be an excellent speaker and listener.

• Should be willing to work in teams.

• Should be a good facilitator.

• Should be willing to work long hours.

Terms of Engagement

• Employer will be SCERT, Haryana.

• Contractual engagement for a maximum period of 3 months.

• Place of posting will be in the blocks Rajaond (Kaithal) and Babain (Kurukshetra).

• Minimum requirement of 6 days a week working.

• Working hours will be from 09:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.

• Due compensation will be paid to the trainers.
