Declaration of Final Result

1. The Staff Selection Commission conducted the Lower Division Grade Limited Departmental Competitive Examination for Group ‘C’ Staff, 2012 on 25.03.2012 for recruitment to temporary vacancies reserved for regularly appointed Group ‘C’ Staff in the Lower Division Grade of the following services /cadres :-

1. Central Secretariat Clerical Service ;

2. Armed Forces Headquarters Clerical Service (only the Group ‘C’
   employees of AFHQ under the control of JS(T) and CAO will be
   eligible for appointment against the vacancies in AFHQ) ;

3. Grade VI of the IFS Branch “B” Ministry of External Affairs Clerical Service ;

4. Central Vigilance Commission Clerical Service.

2. A total of 343 candidates actually appeared in the said examination. The result of Paper-II of the said examination was declared on 05.06.2012 and placed on the Commission’s website for information of the candidates. Out of 242 candidate who qualified in Paper-II for evaluation of Paper-I, 06 candidates have not put their signature and 01 has not put Left Thumb Impression and these 7 candidates have been awarded ‘zero’ marks and not considered for final selection.

3. Following are the category-wise details of candidates recommended against the vacancies, received from the User Departments, on the basis of Lower Grade Limited Departmental Competitive Examination for Group ‘C’ Staff 2012 is as under :--

I. C.S.C.S.

*Include 3 SC and 1 ST candidates

II. A.F.H.C.S.

* Include 15 ST and 03 SC candidates

III. I.F.S.C.S.

4. Marks obtained by the first and last selected candidates for the different categories are given below :--

5. The above said lists are purely provisional and subject to the recommended candidates fulfilling all the eligibility conditions prescribed in the Notice of the Examination and also subject to thorough verification of their identity with reference to their photograph, signatures, handwritings, etc. on the Application Forms, Admission Certificates, etc..
