The Staff Selection Commission conducted Stenographers Grade ‘C’ Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2012 on 15.07.2011 for recruitment to the post of Stenographer Grade ‘C’ of the following Services/Cadres :-

1. Central Secretariat Stenographers Service Grade ‘C’;

2. Stenographers Cadre of Indian Foreign Service (B) Grade-II;

3. Armed Forces Headquarters Stenographers Service Grade ‘C’;

4. Railway Board Secretariat Stenographers Service Grade ‘C’;

5. Election Commission of India Stenographers Service Grade ‘C’;

6. Central Vigilance Commission Stenographers Service Grade ‘C’;

7. Central Administrative Tribunal.

On the basis of marks obtained in Written Examination and the cut-off fixed by the Commission, a list of 150 candidates was released on 24.08.2012 for calling for the Stenography Test. Out of 150 candidates, only 115 candidates appeared in the Stenography Test.

On the basis of cut-off in mistakes fixed by the Commission, 20 candidates in different categories are eligible for evaluation of ACRs details of which are given as under :--
