Recruitment of Deputy Inspector General (Water Wing) in BSF on Deputation Basis

It has been proposed to fill up the post of Dy. Inspector General (WW) ,Group A Gazetted (Combatised) post in the border security force on deputation basis for a period of 3 years.

Total no. of Post: 01

Pay Scale: Pay Band - 4 (Rs. 37400 - 67000) +Grade Pay Rs. 8900 /-

Age: Not Exceeding 56 years

Eligibility Conditions for Appointment on deputation basis:

• Holding analogous post on regular basis:
• With two year regular service in the grade of Commandant
• Having Minimum three years of experience in motor transport as Commandant or Additional Deputy Inspector General in Special Repair  organization or in Central School of Motor Transport or with six years of experience in motor transport or Water Wing

• While forwarding the nominations, concerned departments may please verify and certify that the particulars furnished by the candidates are correct and that no disciplinary or vigilance in case is pending/ contemplated against the candidates. It may also be confirmed that in the event of selection for appointment, the officer concerned will be relieved of his duties
