Subject: Reservation for Minority Communities within OBC quota.
As the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh vide Order dated 28.5.2012 in PIL No. 22 of 2012 has set aside the sub-quota of 4.5% reservation to minorities out of 27% reservation for OBCs introduced vide O.M. No. 41018/2/2011-Estt. (Res.) dated 22.12.2011, such reservation will be subject to the Order of Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, further Court Orders, if any, and further Government’s Orders in all Commission’s Examinations, recruitments and selections.
