(Jobs) Recruitment Of BSNL Jharkhand Apprentice 2015

Applications are invited from the eligible candidates to be engaged as Apprentice trainee under Clause 3 of Section 8 of Apprentice Act,1961 in Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited , Jharkhand Telecom Circle,Ranchi.

 Educational qualification and Number of Seats:

A candidate shall be eligible for being engaged as Apprentice Trainee, if he/she satisfies the following minimum educational qualification obtained not more than three years ago from the closing date.

1 Graduate Engineer Apprentice The applicant must possess a B.E./B. Tech. degree from recognized Engineering College/University in anyone of the following disciplines

2 Diploma Holder Apprentice The applicant must have Three years Engineering Diploma in anyone of the following disciplines
i. Electronics
ii. Electronics & Communication
iii. Computer Science
iv. Information Technology		 Total 45(Forty Five) Ranchi=25 Dhanbad=10 Jamshedpur=10

Age Limit:

To undergo Apprenticeship Training the minimum age limit is 14 Years and there is no upper age limit. However, the candidates between the ages of 14-18 years are not eligible to sign the Contracts, being the minor. Their Contracts are required to be signed by their Guardians.

Reservation of seats:

The reservation for candidates belonging to SC/ST category will be as per Rules applicable for the State of Jharkhand.

Stipend :

Stipend to the selected Apprentice trainee in the above two categories will be as under :

Selection Criteria:

i) Candidates must apply in the prescribed form only. The prescribed application form is included in this advertisement. Legible print out of Application (only on one side of paper) on A4 size paper (30 cms x 20 cms) may be taken.

ii) Applications received after the stipulated date of submission and/or incomplete applications will be rejected. BSNL is not responsible for postal delay/loss at any stage of communication.

iii) If the candidate has registered his name with the Employment Exchange proof of the same must be submitted along with the application form.

iv) As limited vacancies are available, eligible candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of merit in the academic examinations (i.e. BE/B.Tech/Diploma).

v) The provisional selection shall be made from amongst the candidates on the basis of no. of seats, merit, reservation, etc.
