CSB Recruitment of Various Posts :

1. Name of the Post: Junior Stenographer
Number of Posts: 02 (Two)
Pay Band: PB-1, Pay . 5200-20200 + Grade Pay . 2400/-
Age: Below 25 years
Qualification:

• Matriculation or equivalent qualification with a pass in English Typewriting and Shorthand examinations conducted by the State Technical Education Board with a speed of 40 words per minute in Typewriting and 80 words per minute in Shorthand.
• Preference will be given to Graduates fulfilling Typewriting and Shorthand qualifications prescribed above.

Note: Skill Test will be conducted on Computer only

2. Name of the Post: Upper Division Clerk
Number of Posts: 04 (Four)
Pay Band: PB-1, Pay . 5200-20200 + Grade Pay . 2400/-
Age: Below 25 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Commerce/Arts from a recognized University with a pass in Junior Grade Typewriting examination conducted by State Technical Education Board with a speed of 30 words per minute in English typewriting.

Note: Skill Test will be conducted on Computer only

3. Name of the Post: Lower Division Clerk
Number of Posts: 25 (Twenty five)
Pay Band: PB-1, Pay . 5200-20200 + Grade Pay . 1900/-
Age: Below 25 years
Qualification:  Matriculation or equivalent qualification with a pass in Junior Grade Typewriting examination conducted by State Technical Education Board with a speed of 30 words per minute in English Typewriting.

Note: Skill Test will be conducted on Computer only

4. Name of the Post: Field Assistant
Number of Posts: 76 (Seventy Six)
Pay Band: PB-1, Pay . 5200-20200 + Grade Pay . 2000/-
Age: Below 25 years
Qualification: Matriculation (with Science) or Diploma in Sericulture or an equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution.
Desirable: Candidates with experience preferred.

5. Name of the Post: Technician
Number of Posts: 02 (Two)
Pay Band: PB-1, Pay . 5200-20200 + Grade Pay . 1900/-
Age: Below 25 years
Qualification: Diploma or ITI Certificate in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institute.

6. Name of the Post: Assistant Technician
Number of Posts: 18 (Eighteen)
Pay Band: PB-1, Pay . 5200-20200 + Grade Pay . 1800/-
Age: Below 25 years
Qualification: Diploma or ITI certificate or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institute in anyone of the following fields:- Sericulture/ Agriculture/ Horticulture.

• Age Limit & Relaxations:
  
  The date for determining the upper age limit, qualifications and experience shall be the closing date prescribed for receipt of completed application as indicated above.

• The age limit shown against all the posts is normal age limit as per Recruitment Rules. However, age is relaxable for SC/ST candidates upto 5 years and upto 3 years for OBC candidates in respect of vacancies reserved for them.

• Persons with Disabilities are eligible for age relaxation over and above the upper age limit prescribed as per Govt. of India Rules i.e. by 10 years.

• Departmental candidates / Government Servants are eligible for age relaxation upto the age of 40 years.

• Relaxation of 5 years will also be permissible to those who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989 subject to production of relevant certificate from concerned authority.

• Relaxation of upper-age limit for Ex-serviceman will be applicable as per Govt. of India orders issued from time-to-time.

How To Apply:

Applications together with certified copies with regard to educational qualifications, age, experience, Disability Certificate in respect of Persons with Disabilities[Certificate issued by Medical Board and Caste Certificate in the case of SC/ST/OBC etc. issued by Competent Authority should reach the concerned Institute (as indicated above in tables I to IV) within the stipulated date in the prescribed format only.
