Stenographer Grade (‘C’&‘D’) Examination, 2012 – declaration of final result of additional candidates.

Final result final result of Stenographer |Grade ‘C’ and ‘D’ was declared on 7.12.2012. On receipt of references/representations/complaints from Regional Offices and candidates, the Commission has revised the result of 84 candidates.Additional results have been prepared in accordance with the criteria used for finalization of result which was declared on 7.12.2012.

Category wise break-up of additional candidates selected for inclusion in the Select List/Reserve Lists for posts of Stenographer Gr. C and Stenographer Gr. D and Highest and lowest Marks obtained by the first and last selected candidates are given below (Highest and Lowest marks have been indicated only against those somewhere vacancies remained vacant in the earlier result and the same have changed due to additional result

The additional candidates qualifying for appointment on the basis of Stenographer Grade (‘C’ & ‘D’) Examination, 2012 are as under:

• 7 additional candidates qualifying for inclusion in Select List for the post of Stenographer Grade ‘C’.
• 2 additional candidates qualifying for inclusion in Reserve List for the post of Stenographer Grade ‘C’.
• 63 additional candidates qualifying for inclusion in Select List for the post of Stenographer Grade ‘D’.
• 7 candidates qualifying for inclusion in Reserve List- 1 for the post of Stenographer Grade ‘D’.
• 5 candidates qualifying for inclusion in Reserve List - 2 for the post of Stenographer Grade ‘D

The above said Lists are purely provisional and subject to the recommended candidates fulfilling all the eligibility conditions prescribed for the respective post in the
Notice of Examination and also subject to thorough verification of their identity with reference to their photographs, signatures handwritings, etc. on the application forms, admission certificates etc. The candidature of the candidates are liable to be cancelled by respective Regional Directors in case candidates found not fulfilling the eligibility conditions or any other genuine reasons.

For candidates belonging to Reserve Categories for whom certain percentage of vacancies are reserved as per Govt. policy, the category status is indicated against their Roll Nos. It is important to note that some of these candidates have been declared qualified only for the category mentioned against their Roll Nos. If any candidate does not actually belong to the category mentioned against his/her name, he/she may not be eligible to be included in the list. It is, therefore, in the interest of the candidates concerned to immediately contact the respective Regional Offices of the Commission in all such cases where they do not belong to the category shown against their Roll Nos.

It may be noted that the Commission undertakes post examination analysis of performance of candidates to identify candidates who have resorted to malpractices and cancels the candidature of such candidates. The final result of additional candidates and marks placed on the website are subject to such analysis and follow up action.
