State Farms Corporation of India Limited under the Administrative control of Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture & Cooperation is an apex body engaged in the production of quality seeds and distribution, invites applications from Indian Nationals for filling up the following posts on direct recruitment basis

Asst General Manager (Mktg) / Manager (Mktg)

Salary: Basic pay of Rs.24,900/- / Rs.20,600/- + Dearness Allowance @ 67.3 % of Basic Pay & Perks @ 40 % of Basic Pay in the Scale of Pay of Rs.24,900 - 50,500/- (E-3) / Rs.20,600-46,500/- (E-2) for Asst GM (Marketing) / Manager (Marketing ) respectively.

Maximum Age as on 31.12.2012 : 53 Years / 48 Years

Education Qualification: B.Sc (Agri) plus MBA (Marketing / Agri Business Management ) OR equivalent from recognized University / Institutions with minimum 60 % marks.

Manager (Production) / Assistant Manager (Production)

Salary: Basic pay of Rs. 20,600/- / Rs. 16,400/- + Dearness Allowance @ 67.3 % of Basic Pay & Perks @ 40 % of Basic Pay in the Scale of Pay of Rs. 20,600-46,500/- (E-2) / Rs. 16,400-40,500/- (E-1) for Manager (Production) / Asst Manager (Production)  respectively.

Education Qualification: B.Sc (Agri) plus MBA (Agri.Business Management) OR M.Sc (Agri.) with specialization in Agronomy / Seed technology / Plant Breeding / Genetics / Entomology / Plant Pathology from recognized University / Institutions with minimum 60 % marks. 06/02 years post qualification experience of working in Agricultural /Mechanized farms / reputed organization in farming, Crop Planning, Seed production, Processing etc.

Maximum Age as on 31.12.2012:

• 45/35 years for UR
• 48/38 years for OBC
• 50/40 years for SC/ST

Management Trainee (Human Resource Management)

Salary: One year training.  Consolidated stipend of Rs. 27,437/- P.M. (Basic Pay Rs. 16,400/- & DA-11037/-) during training period plus HRA or single seated accommodation depending upon the place of posting.  Scale of pay on absorption :- Rs. 16,400-40,500/-

Education Qualification: Two years full time P.G Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare/HR Management or 02 years full time MBA (HRM) from recognized University /Institution with minimum 60 % marks.

Maximum Age as on 31.12.2012

• 30 years for UR
• 33 years for OBC
• 35 years for SC

Management Trainee (Engg)

Salary: One year training.  Consolidated stipend of Rs. 27,437/- P.M. (Basic Pay Rs. 16,400/- & DA-11037/-) during training period plus HRA or single seated accommodation depending upon the place of posting.  Scale of pay on absorption :- Rs. 16,400-40,500/-

Education Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (Agri Engg) from recognized University / Institutions with minimum 60 % marks.

Maximum Age as on 31.12.2012

• 33 years for OBC
• 35 years for ST

Management Trainee (Civil Engg)

Salary: One year training.  Consolidated stipend of Rs. 27,437/- P.M. (Basic Pay Rs. 16,400/- & DA-11037/-) during training period plus HRA or single seated accommodation depending upon the place of posting.  Scale of pay on absorption :- Rs. 16,400-40,500/-

Education Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (Civil Engg) from recognized University / Institutions with minimum 60 % marks.

• 30 years for UR
• 33 years for OBC
• 35 years for SC

Management Trainee (Finance)

Salary: One year training.  Consolidated stipend of Rs. 27,437/- P.M. (Basic Pay Rs. 16,400/- & DA-11037/-) during training period plus HRA or single seated accommodation depending upon the place of posting.  Scale of pay on absorption :- Rs. 16,400-40,500/-

Education Qualification: Pass in CA/ICWA OR 2 years full time MBA with specialization in Finance from recognized University / Institutions with minimum 60 % marks.

Maximum Age as on 31.12.2012

• 33 years for OBC
• 35 years for ST

Application Form may be downloaded from SFCI website i.e. www.sfci.nic.in. Application complete in all respect along with attested copies of Certificates/Testimonials should be sent to the General Manager (HR) at the above mentioned address by post/courier on or before 07.01.2013. Applications received after the last date, incomplete or without the required documents/information or unsigned will not be considered.

Applications should be sent through proper channel in case the candidates working in Government Department / PSUs/Autonomous bodies. While forwarding the applications, it may be verified by the Department / PSUs concerned that the particulars furnished by the candidates are correct and no vigilance / disciplinary case is pending against him / her. The candidates belonging to General and OBC category are advised to enclose DD / Banker Cheque of Rs. 500/- in favour of State Farm Corporation of India Limited payable at New Delhi towards application fees.
