Assam Rifles recruitment rally will be held at Kohima (Nagaland) and Shillong (Meghalaya) from 06 May 2013 to 22 May 2013 for enrolment of 147 vacancies (male candidates) of Tradesmen and 24 vacancies of Para Medical Staff from following States for the posts mentioned against each :-

Vacancy Details:

(i) Tradesman
(ii) Para Medical Staff

Candidate seeking reservation benefits as SC/ST/OBC must ensure that they are entitled to such reservation as per eligibility prescribed in the Notice. They should be in possession of thecertificates in the format prescribed by Government of India in support of their claim at the time of reporting for PST/PET.

Note:

• Candidate belonging to the PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED CATEGORY are not eligible to apply for this examination.
• Application will be accepted only by post.

Age:

• Age for Tradesmen is between 18 to 23 years on 1st Aug 2013. Upper age limit is relaxable by 3 years to OBC and 5 years to SC/ST Candidates.
• Age for staff Nurse is between 18 to 23 years on 1st Aug 2013. Upper age limit is relaxable by 3 years to OBC and 5 years to SC/ST Candidates.For widows of ex-servicemen of Assam Rifles personnel. Gen/OBC up to 35 years and SC/ST up to 40 years of age.

Pay Scale: Pay scale and other allowance will be as admissible to Assam Rifles Personnel.

Fees:Ruppes fifty only (Rs. 50/-) payable through SBI challan
