1. Master's Degree with Economics or Commerce or Statistics Business Studies or Public Administration from a recognized University or Institute.
2.  One year experience in handling Stores and keeping Accounts in a store or in a concern of Central or State Government or Statutory or Autonomous Organisation or Public Sector Undertaking or University or any recognized Institutiori or Banks or in a Private Sector organisation listed on the Stock Exchange(s) of India. 

OR

3.  Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Commerce or Statistics or Business Studies or Public Administration as a subject from a recognized University or Institute.
4.  Diploma in Materials Management or Warehousing Management or purchasing or Log stics or Public Procurement from a recognized University or Institute.
5.  Two year's experience in handling Stones and keeping Accounts in a store or in a concert of Central or state Government or Statutory or Autonomous Organ zation or Public Sector Undertaking or University or any recognized Institution or Banks or in a Private Sector Organization listed on the Stock Exchange(s) of India.

Note: - 

1. Where experience is required such expenence must be acquired by the candidates after completing educational qualification as specified for the concerned post. Further, Intersho, training, research experience etc. gained in the course of acquiring an educational qualification will not be counted as a experience.

2. Experience(s) certificate in the prescribed Performa from the Head(s) of organization(s) Department(s) for entire experience clairned, clearly mentioning the duration of employment (date, month & year) indicating basic pay and consolidated obtain in the post(s) with duration(s). The experience certificatets) should also mention the nature of duties, performance obtained in the posts) with duration(s). Experience certificate should be issued in prescribed format relevant to the post.

3. As per Ministry of Human Resources Deelopment Notification No 44 dated 01.03.1995 published in Gazette of India edition dated 09.04.1995. As per UGC (Open & Distance) Regulations, 2017 published in official Gazette 23.06.2017 underpart 3 (8) (Y). The degree obtained through open Universities Distance Education Counal, IGNOU. Accordingly, unless such Degress had been recognised for the period when the candidates acquired the relevant qualification, they will not be accepted for the purpose of Education Qualification.

4. Candidates who have not acquired/ will not acquire the educational qualification as on the closing date of receipt of application will not be eligible and need not apply.

5. Ex-Serviceman who have done Various courses from Armed Forces which are certified by competent Authority as equivalent to prescribed qualification, are eligible to apply.
