Karnataka Public Service Commission

The Public Service Commission was constituted under the provisions of the Constitution of India on 18-05-1951. In accordance with the provisions of clause 14 of the Public Service Commission, Regulations 1950, the staff of the Public Service Commission as it stood on 18-05-1951, was continued as the nucleus of the staff of the Public Service Commission.

Specialists (General Medicine): 149 Posts
Specialists (General Surgeon): 67 Posts
Specialists (Gynecologist): 107 Posts
Specialists (Anaesthesist): 68 Posts
Specialists (Paediatrician): 101 Posts
Specialists (Ophthalmologist): 30 Posts
Specialists (Orthopedic Surgeon): 25 Posts
Specialists (ENT): 25 Posts
Specialists (Dermatologist): 20 Posts
Specialists (Radiologist): 08 Posts

Qualification: Qualification for above all: Must possess MBBS Degree with Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in any required speciality from an University established by law in India and M.D in respected field

Insurance Medical Officer: 95 Posts

Qualification:

Must possess M.B.B.S. Degree or equivalent qualification from an Institution recognized by MCI/KMC.
Must have registered in MCI/KMC.

Assistant Director of Fisheries (Grade-II): 30 Posts

Qualification: Must be a holder of B.F.Sc. degree or any equivalent degree conferred by any University of Agricultural Science established by law in India.
