Recruitment For The Post of PA, JIO-II/WT and JIO-II/EDP- 2011

On-Line applications are invited for the following posts in Intelligence Bureau (Ministry of Home Affairs), Government of India to be filled through direct recruitment from amongst the candidates fulfilling the eligibility conditions as indicated below:-

Personal Assistant (P.A.)

Total Posts: 58

Salary: Rs.9300-34800/- (Pay Scale) + Rs.4600/- (GP) + allowance as per Central Govt. rates

Qualification:

Matriculation from a recognized Board with proficiency in Stenography (100 words per minute)
Knowledge of computer operation.

Age Limit: Between 18-27 years as on closing date of application for all post. Upper age limit is relaxable by five years for SC/ST and by three years for OBC candidates.

Junior Intelligence Officer Grade-II

Total Posts: 204

Salary: Rs.5200-20200/- (Pay Scale) + Rs.2400/- (GP) + allowance as per Central Govt. rates

Qualification:

Matriculation in Physics and Mathematics with two years Industrial Training Institute pass certificate in any of the following trades:-

Electronic Mechanic
Information Technology and Electronic System maintenance
Electrician
Mechanic Computer Hardware
Mechanic (Radio & TV)
Mechanic cum operator of Electronic Communication system.

12th Standard pass or equivalent

Training in computer operations for, at least, three months from recognised Institutions and possess a speed of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour for Data Entry work. Note: Speed of 8000 key depressions per hour for Data Entry work would be judged by conducting a speed test on EDP Machines by the Competent Authority.

Age Limit: Between 18-27 years as on closing date of application for all post. Upper age limit is relaxable by five years for SC/ST and by three years for OBC candidates.
