Recruitment for the Bihar Panchayat Strengthening Project (BPSP)

The Bihar Gram Swaraj Yojana Society (BGSYS), an autonomous society under Panchayati Raj Department, Government of Bihar is the Nodal agency for the implementation of World Bank supported Bihar Panchayat  Strengthening Project (BPSP) in six projects Districts Patna, Nalanda, Bhojpur, Saharsa Supaul and Madhepura of Bihar.

SPM-Administration & HR

• Number of Post: 01 (UR)

• Age: 30 years - 55 years

• Remuneration: Rs. 41900 - 59300 /-

• Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in HR / Personnel Management / MSW/LSW or Equivalent.7 years experience in administration and/ or HR management in Government/Private Sector Organization out of which 3 years relevant experience at the State/National level will be preferred.

SPM-Finance

• Number of Post: 01 (UR)

• Age: 30 years - 55 years

• Remuneration: Rs. 41900 - 59300 /-

• Educational Qualification: CA/ ICWAI or MBA - Finance or Equivalent.7 years experience in managing finance and account in Government/Private Sector Organization out of which 3 years relevant experience at the State/National level will be preferred.

SPM-Procurement

• Number of Post: 01 (UR)

• Age: 30 years - 55 years

• Remuneration: Rs. 41900 - 59300 /- 

• Educational Qualification: CA/ ICWAI or MBA - Finance/M. Com or Equivalent. 7 years experience in managing Procurement and/ finance and account in Government/Private Sector Organization out of which 3 years experience at the State/National level will be preferred.

SPM-Capacity Building

• Number of Post: 01 (UR)

• Age: 30 years - 55 years

• Remuneration: Rs. 41900 - 59300 /- 

• Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Rural Development /Social Work/Social Science/HR Management/Personnel Management/LSW or Equivalent. 7 years experience in thematic domain in Government/Private Sector Organization out of which 3 years experience at the State/National level will be preferred.

SPM-Communication

• Number of Post: 01 (UR)

• Age: 30 years - 55 years

• Remuneration: Rs. 41900 - 59300 /- 

• Educational Qualification: Communication /Mass Communication or related discipline. 7 years experience in thematic domain in Government/Private Sector Organization out of which 3 years experience at the State/National level will be preferred.

SPM-Monitoring and Evaluation

• Number of Post: 01 (UR)

• Age: 30 years - 55 years

• Remuneration: Rs. 41900 - 59300 /-

• Educational Qualification: Master's / PG degree in Statistics/Economics/Social Science or, PG Degree/PG Diploma in Rural Development /Management/Social work/LSW or related discipline.7 years experience in thematic domain in Government/Private Sector Organization out of which 3 years experience at the State/National level will be preferred.

SPM-Information Technology

• Number of Post: 01 (UR)

• Age: 28 years - 55 years

• Remuneration: Rs. 29100 - 40900 /-

• Educational Qualification: MCA/B.Tech/BCA (computer Science/IT) or equivalent. 5 years experience in thematic domain in Government/Private Sector Organization out of which 2 years experience at the District/State level will be preferred.

Cashier

• Number of Post: 01 (UR)

• Age: 25 years - 55 years

• Remuneration: Rs. 12300 - 21500 /-

• Educational Qualification: B.Com /Inter CA/ICWAinter. 2 years Experience in Cash management. Skill in handing payments and cash transactions. Skills in MS Office

• All positions are offered a contract for three years. Renewal of contract would be based on performance.
