BPR&D, MHA had accorded saction to set up a Counter Insurgency & Antiterrorism School (CIAT) at Ruzaphema which is situted 20 KMS from Chumukedima. The infrastructure of the school has already come up but training is yet to start due to lack of trainers. As per recent guideline of the BPR&D Retired Personnel of CAPFs(BSF/CRPF/ITBP/CISF/ & ASSAM RIFLES ) having experties in CIAT subjects can be engaged as consultant/instructor on consolidated salary along with ex-servicemen. The age of the consultant /instructor engaged should not be beyond the age of 62 years as per guidelines issued by DOP&T. The required instructor posts and their remuneration is given as follows
