Coal Mines Provident Fund Organisation invites ONLINE Applications from Indian Nationals for recruitment to the following
posts.

Total Number of Vacancies: 296

Provident Fund Inspector (Under Group B):

• Number of Posts: 15
• Age (as on 12-02-2013): above 18 & Not exceeding 32 years.
• Pay Scale: PB-2, Rs. 9300- 34800/- + Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-
• Qualification: Essential - Degree of a recognized University.
  Desirable - Basic knowledge of Computer.
• Nature of Duties: Inspection of records of Collieries, Inspection of accounts, books, register and other documents relating to the employment of persons in the Coal Mines as the Inspector may consider necessary for the purpose of any Scheme framed under the Coal Mines Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1948.

Lower Division Clerk (Under Group B):

• Number of Posts: 15
• Age (as on 12-02-2013): above 18 & Not exceeding 27 years.
• Pay Scale: PB-1,Rs. 5200- Rs. 20200/- + Grade Pay Rs. 1900/-
• Qualification: Essential - Intermediate or equivalent and should possess a speed of 35 words per minute in typing in English on Computer OR 30 words per minute in Hindi on Computer.
  Desirable - Basic knowledge of Computer.
• Nature of Duties: Clerical job in nature specifically typing, noting, drafting and other charter of duties specified by Government for clerical cadre.

Application Fee:

• For the post of Provident Fund Inspector Rs. 500/- for GEN/OBC Candidates and Rs. 200/- for SC/ST/PH/XS.
• For the post of LDC Rs. 300/- for GEN/OBC Candidates and Rs. 100/- for SC/ST/PH/XS.

Selection Procedure:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test & Interview/Typing Test.

How to Apply:

• Candidate should visit CMPFO website www.cmpfo.gov.in for filling the online application form on or before 12-02-2013. Attested copies of caste, category certificate and educational certificates will have to be submitted at the time of Interview/ Typing test. The candidates should also carry the original certificates for verification on the date of interview or Typing test.
• Fee payment will be accepted from 2nd working day after registration and can be made within three working days at any branch of State Bank of India. System generated fee payment challan will be used for depositing fee. Once fee paid, the registration process is completed.
• Instructions for Online Applicants: First candidates have to scan their Photograph and signature.
  Now candidates have to visit www.cmpfo.gov.in  Fill the details.
  Save the data if not able to submit details in one go.
  When the data is saved, registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen.
  Candidates should note down the registration number and password.
  Candidates can reopen the saved data using Registration number and password and edit the particulars, if needed. This facility will be available for three times only.
  After Submitting data, candidates should take a printout of the system generated fee payment challan immediately.
  Make the Payment. Once fee paid, the registration process is completed.

• Date for Commencement of Online Registration: 11-01-2013.
• Closing Date for Online Registration, Re-Print & Editing: 12-02-2013.
• Starting Date for Offline Payment: 14-01-2013
• Closing Date for Offline Payment: 14-02-2013
• Tentative date of On-Line Examination: 24-03-2013 (Sunday)
• Starting Date for downloading call letters: 1st week of March, 2013.
