Recruitment of Junior Grade of Indian Information Service (Group ‘B’, Non-Gazetted) Examination, 2012

List of candidates qualified for evaluation of Paper-II on basis of cut-off fixed in Paper-I

Staff Selection Commission conducted an open competitive examination for recruitment to the post of Junior Grade of Indian Information Service (Group ‘B’, Non-Gazetted) Examination, 2012 on 22.07.2012 on all India basis. Total 5863 candidates appeared in the said examination.

Answer keys of question papers of Paper-I were uploaded on the Commission’s website on 27.07.2012 for information of the candidates stipulating that discrepancies, if any, in the keys may be brought to the notice of the Commission at the earliest and latest by 06.08.2012. No representation in this regard was received by the stipulated date.

 In all, 5863 candidates appeared in Paper-I and out of whom 309 candidates were awarded zero marks due to wrong coding/without signature/without LTI as per instructions given on the front page of OMR answer sheets and in the Notice of the examination, or found in possession of mobile phones, calculators and using unfair means in the Examination Hall.

Based on the cut-off fixed by the Commission, following is the category wise details of 1546 candidates qualified for evaluation of Paper-II –

* Apart from the figure shown above, there are candidates of reserved category qualifying at UR cut-offs for various applied language-wise vacancies.
