Reference to Advt. 1/2012 for the post of PGTs
Only for candidates having four years Teaching Experience as on 11.04.2012 and
eligible on 15.07.2012

• Pursuant to the order of the Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court dated 21.12.2012 in CWP No 15929 of 2012-Shivani Gupta and ors V/s. State of Haryana and ors. and other connected LPAs /CWPs wherein the Hon’ble High Court has held that the  condition mentioned in note 2 of the advertisement 1/2012 is contrary to the Service Rules up to the extent that “candidate must be in service on 11.04.2012 in addition to being in position on the date of applying for the said post”

• In view of the above order of Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court, those applicants who have applied earlier against advertisement No. 1/2012 dated  07.06.2012 and their candidature was rejected by the Board on the ground that the  applicant is not in service on 11.04.2012 and was not in service on the date of applying online application form or due to this reason they could not appear before the Selection Board are advised to login their registration number through the website www.recruitment.cdacmohali.in  for verification/ scrutiny cum interview. These candidates need not apply again as their old application will be considered.

• The candidate whose interview has already been provisionally conducted by the Board vide court direction in above matters, need not login their  registration number with the CDAC website as their provisional interview will be treated as final.

• Haryana School Teachers Selection Board also invites online application through the website www.recruitment.cdacmohali.in  from such candidates who possess the minimum four year experience till 11.04.2012 in privately managed Govt. Aided Schools, Recognized Schools and Government Schools on the post of PGT and had not applied earlier against the advertisement No. 1/2012 dated 07.06.2012 due to the condition mentioned in Note 2 of the advertisement that “candidate must be in  service on 11.04.2012 in addition to being in position on the date of applying for the said post”. Provided that they were eligible on 15.07.2012 as per HSTSB Advertisement 1/2012. The online application can be filled from 14th January, 2013 to 20th January,  2013 till 5 P.M. Thereafter website link will be disabled. Application fee may be deposited up to 21st January, 2013 till 4.00 P.M. and last date for counter signature on experience certificate by Director Secondary Education is 28th January, 2013

• However, the other eligibility conditions regarding age, academic qualification etc. for the post will remain unchanged and the cut-off date for determining the eligibility of the candidates  who will apply in response to this notice will be treated as on 15.07.2012 as prescribed in  corrigendum dated 03.07.2012.

• Candidates who was rejected by scrutiny committee OR who could not appear due to the said reason.

• Verification/Scrutiny of Documents-cum-Interview Call Letter will not be sent by post. These should be downloaded by the Candidates from the website www.recruitment.cdacmohali.in and absentees on the date of Verification/Scrutiny of Documents-cum-Interview will not be given second chance and no further correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

• Applicants are advised to check HSTSB and CDAC-Mohali website regularly as Verification/Scrutiny of Documents-cum-Interview is likely to be scheduled in the month of January/February, 2013.
