(Result) Recruitment of Constables (GD) in CAPFs & Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles for Kerala State (Male & Female), 2013

1. List of 21,348 male and 2,869 female candidates recommended for appointment to the post of Constable(GD)/Rifleman(GD) on the basis of the Recruitment of Constable(GD) in CAPFs and Rifleman(GD) in Assam Rifles, 2013 was declared on 30.5.2014.

2. Result pertaining to the State of Kerala (State code 18) was not declared on 30.05.2014 due to the stay order issued by Hon’ble High Court of Kerala, Ernakulam in W.P. No. 5741/2013 filed by Dishan & Others Vs SSC & Others.

3. The Hon’ble High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam vide Order dated 01.12.2014 in W.P (C) Nos. 28530 & 29215 of 2014 has directed the Commission to publish the final select list. In compliance of the Court Order, the result for the State of Kerala is declared now.

4. The Select list has been prepared as per state-wise vacancies with further reservation for candidates of Border Districts/ Naxal or Militancy affected districts within the state. Candidates belonging to Border/Naxal or Militancy affected districts have been considered against vacancies in such areas or in the State concerned against General Vacancies as may be advantageous to them. Allocation to various CAPFs has been done as per merit cum option of the candidates, subject to availability of vacancies in State/UT concerned, reservation for Border district and Naxal/Militancy affected districts and category-wise reservation. In case the candidate is not getting selected for his/her opted preferences, he/she has been considered for all the other CAPFs in default order of preference as ABCDEF i.e. orders of preference in the Notice.

5. Following are details of State-wise, CAPF-wise, Vacancy type wise (G-General / B- Border Districts / N-Naxal_Militancy affected districts), Category wise number of Vacancies, number of filled vacancies and Lowest marks, Marks in Part-A secured by last selected candidate selected against the corresponding vacancies. The rows pertaining to 0 reported vacancies have not been included in the tables :-
