(Result) SSC Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination, 2015 (Paper - II)

Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination, 2015 – Declaration of Final Result for recruitment for the post of Data Entry Operator, Postal Assistant / Sorting Assistant and LDC.

1. The Staff Selection Commission had, on 30.6.2017, declared 12,991 candidates qualified for the post of Data Entry Operator and 16,609 candidates qualified for the posts of Postal Assistant/ Sorting Assistant and LDCs for appearing in Document Verification. The Final Result of the said examination has been prepared based on the Document Verification of candidates.

2. Category-wise break-up of the candidates selected for Data Entry Operator (Preference D), Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant (Preference P) and Lower Division Clerk (Preference L) is given below:-

List I : Candidates qualified for Data Entry Skill Test for DEO

* Includes 176 OBC, 9 SC and 1 ST candidates selected against UR vacancies.

(Note : Candidates selected in OH category – 07 OBC and 03 UR candidates, HH category – 06 OBC and 04 UR candidates, VH category - 01 SC, 01 ST, 02 OBC and 06 UR candidates, Ex. Servicemen category – 02 SC, 30 OBC and 68 UR candidates) 

List II : Candidates qualified for Typing Test for Postal Assistant/ Sorting Assistant/LDC

* Includes 1267 OBC, 54 SC and 5 ST candidates selected against UR vacancies.

(Note : Candidates selected in OH category – 02 SC, 29 OBC and 22 UR candidates, HH category – 02 SC, 21 OBC and 12 UR candidates, VH category - 04 SC, 22 OBC and 29 UR candidates, Ex. Servicemen category – 04 SC, 69 OBC and 149 UR candidates)

List III : Candidates qualified for Typing Test for Lower Divisional Clerk

* Includes 392 OBC, 14 SC and 2 ST candidates selected against UR vacancies.

(Note : Candidates selected in OH category – 35 OBC and 29 UR candidates, HH category – 03 SC, 04 OBC and 10 UR candidates, VH category - 11 OBC and 06 UR candidates, Ex. Servicemen category – 02 SC, 26 OBC and 42 UR candidates)

6. RESOLUTION OF TIE CASES

In case where more than one candidate secure the equal aggregates marks, tie has been resolved by applying the following methods one after another :-

i) Marks in first part of the written examination (Paper-I).

ii) Date of birth, with older candidates placed higher.

iii) Alphabetical order in which first names of the candidates appear.
