Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2012

Allocation of Departments to the candidates selected for the post of Assistants under Option ‘G’ and ‘H’ in other Ministries/Organisations and declaration of result of withheld cases.

• Final result of Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2012 was declared on 08.2.2013 wherein 97 candidates were selected for the post of Assistant under
  Option G and H in other Ministries/Organisations.

• Criteria adopted for allocation - Candidates were arranged in the order of merit order and the Departments grouped in two categories (i) Grade Pay Rs.4600/- and (ii) Grade Pay Rs.4200/- . Departments with the same grade pay group were arranged in alphabetical order (except Central Passport Organisation and Coast Guard which have been allocated to the candidates lowest in merit). Candidates higher in merit were allocated to higher grade pay and lower in merit to lower grade pay. Candidates were allocated to above departments en-bloc subject to the availability of vacancies.

• The Commission has decided to release the result of 18 candidates who were kept as withheld in the final result on the basis of post-examination analysis after detailed examination of their cases. The list of the candidates is also placed on the website.

• Due to system error, State code ‘N’ (Maharashtra) was used for post ‘P’ (Divisional Accountant) instead of State code ‘O’ (Madhya Pradesh). Hence all 75 candidates shown allocated to State code ‘N’ Post code ‘P’ in the result stands allotted to State code ‘O’ (Madhya Pradesh).
