Important Notification regarding Combined Graduate Level Examination , 2014

CHANGE IN ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR THE POST OF STATISTICAL INVESTIGATOR GRADE-II

Another significant change made by SSC this year,2014 is the essential qualification for the post of Statistical Investigator Grade-II. Earlier the eligibility criteria was to have a Bachelor’s Degree with Statistics as one of the main subjects /Bachelor’s Degree with Mathematics ( with Statistics as a papers studied in one year/two years/all three years as the case may be) as one of the main subjects OR Bachelor’s Degree with Economics ( with Statistics as a paper studied in one year/two years/all the three years as the case may be) as one of the main subjects . But now a candidate applying for the post of Statistical Investigator Grade-II requires to have a Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University or Institute with at least 60% in Mathematics at 12thstandard level OR Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with Statistics as one of the subjects at degree level.

Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with Statistics as one of the subjects at degree level.
