(Online Examination Info) SSC-NR: Recruitment of Youth Assistant Grade-II in Ministry of Youth Affairs - 2015
1. Candidates may refer to the Advertisement Notice for recruitment to the post of Youth Assistant Grade-II in Ministry of Youth Affairs advertised vide Cat. No. IC-08 of Advertisement No. NR/3/2014.
2. Subsequently the Government decided to dispense with interviews for all Group `B’ Non-Gazetted and Group `C’ Posts. As selection process had not commenced, the provisions relating to interview/personality test contained in para 4 of the notice under question stand modified consequent to the decision of the Government. The Commission will, therefore, hold Online written Examination for filling up the vacancies of Youth Assistant Grade-II in Ministry of Youth Affairs advertised vide Cat. No. IC-08 of Advertisement No. NR/3/2014.
Accordingly, the following Notice/Corrigendum is issued to the Notice:

prescribed qualifications, etc. will not entitle candidates to be
called for the interview. |
Prescribed number of candidates meeting the eligibility
conditions will be shortlisted on the basis of percentage of marks
in Essential Qualification for an online written examination. Mere
fulfilling of minimum prescribed qualifications, etc. will not
entitle candidates to be called for the online examination. The online examination will have questions on English Language, General Awareness and Reasoning. |
| 5.1 | SCREENING TEST : The Commission may, at its
discretion also decide to hold a screening test for any of the
categories where it is felt necessary before Interview/Proficiency Test. Only such candidates who qualify in the screening test at the standard fixed by the Commission at its discretion, would be made eligible for being called for Interview. |

| 5.2. | PROFICIENCY TEST: The Commission may, at its discretion,
also decide to hold a Proficiency Test in appropriate subject for any one of the categories of posts where it is felt necessary, before the candidates are called for interview. The Proficiency Test would be in the relevant subject, which will be intimated to the candidates in due course of time. The Commission may at its
