Applications are invited for filling up the following Technical Posts, Driver, & Skilled Support Staff at IARI Hq., New Delhi and its Regional Stations under the administrative control of Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR):

Technical Assistant

Total Posts: 27

Salary : PB-I/ Rs.5200– 20200/- + Grade Pay Rs.2800

Education Qualification : B.Sc in Agriculture OR equivalent from recognized University

Hindi Translator

Total Posts:  01

Salary : PB-I/ Rs.5200– 20200/- + Grade Pay Rs.2800

Education Qualification: BA (Hons.) in Hindi or equivalent qualification from a recognized university with 3 years experience in science writing and science journalism in Hindi language Desirable : Diploma in Journalism

Field Man

Total Posts:18

Salary: PB-I/ Rs. 5200– 20200/- + Grade Pay Rs.2000

Education Qualification: Matriculation with at least one year certificate in Agriculture from recognized Institutions.

Laboratory Assistant

Salary : PB-I/ Rs.5200– 20200/- + Grade Pay Rs. 2800

Education Qualification : Bachelor Degree in Agriculture from recognized University with Specialization in Horticulture PG in Horticulture will be preferred

Driver

Salary : PB-I/ Rs. 5200– 20200/- + Grade Pay Rs. 2000

Education Qualification: Matriculate (10th) from recognized Board. Possession of a valid and appropriate driving license from prescribed Govt. Authority/ Institution (The candidates will have to pass the practical skill test to be taken by an appropriate committee of Institute/ Directorate.

Skilled Support Staff

Salary : PB-I/ Rs. 5200– 20200/- + Grade Pay Rs. 1800

Education Qualification: Matriculate (10th) from recognized Institution/Board and should know cycling.

Application Fee:

Application form must accompany with a (NON REFUNDABLE) Bank Draft of Rs.750/- ( SC/ ST / Women and Physically Handicapped candidates are exempted) drawn in favour of Director, I.A.R.I. payable at New Delhi. No other means of payment i.e. IPO / money orders will be accepted failing which the application will be rejected. The date of bank draft should not be prior to the date of issue of the advertisement in the Employment News and the same should be valid for a period of three months. Candidate must write his/her name on the back side of the Bank Draft. The application form or any other information can be assessed on IARI website www.iari.res.in.
